Friendly welcome at Reception. The receptionist, lady named San, I recall, is passionate about her job and gave us a history about the hotel's beginnings and plans for the future. The hotel is very central to the Royal Palace and river front. We opted for a room with a riverside view which was fantasic. There's an air conditioned gym, outdoor pool and beautiful gardens for drinks and restaurant services. We ate outside and our food was excellent, as too was the service. Staff are very friendly and polite. There was also a good buffet selection at breakfast, Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh.

I have walked past the hotel 100 times over the last 20 years and this time we decided to stay there me and my son. Absolutely fantastic from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. We recommend this to everyone going to Phnom Penh. Definitely not our last stay.

location was far from my factories that I visit but I really liked the hotel and its own location near the river with a great view in the am

Staff was so very helpful. Dining room and Room service great meals. Buffet very well done. Hotel is a classic spacious hotel, formerly an Accor property. Nostalgic charm in room furnishings. Rooms and suites quite large!

Very hospitable. Amazing view from room. Great facilities, including gym and pool. Changed room on arrival to better suit our needs.
